Charles Navarro

Profil
After completing his Bachelor’s degree (2010) and Master’s degree (2011) at the University of Fribourg, Charles Navarro began his career in the secretariat of the Swiss Competition Commission (2011-2013).
He then trained as a lawyer at the law firm Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva (2013-2014). As of 2014, he has worked as a public prosecutor at the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland.
This varied career has provided him with the necessary knowledge and experience to run a law firm specializing in dispute resolution, particularly in the field of white-collar cases, as well as criminal law matters.
Due to the domestic and international nature of the cases with diametrically opposed profiles in which he has been involved, Charles Navarro is able to adapt quickly to different legal systems and manage the pressures and strategic challenges associated with significant judicial cases.
Charles Navarro has been appointed several times as a special public prosecutor at both federal and cantonal (State) levels.
He regularly lectures on criminal law at several Swiss universities and colleges.
Charles Navarro is a member of the Fribourg Bar Association, the Swiss Bar Association and the Swiss Criminal Law Society.
